How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping varies by destination and usually takes 7-10 working days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused, unworn item with original tags within 14 days of purchase. Please note that items purchased during a sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as major Credit/Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and Bank Transfers for both local and international customers.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen resolutions, slight variations may occur.
Do you offer alterations for stitched lawn or formal wear?
Currently, we do not offer custom alteration services. All stitched items are sold according to the standard size chart provided on each product page.
